Prime Rib
Probably one of our favorite things to grill…and one of the easiest. Once the prime rib is on the rotisserie, give it a splash of olive oil and season with garlic, pepper, and Dizzy Pig’s Raising The Steaks rub. Grill for about 2.5 hours at 300F on indirect heat. For medium rare, you are looking for an internal temp of 145F. Once it comes off the grill, cover in foil to let it rest. Remember, it will continue to cook another 5-7 degrees
Grill Potatoes
We have all fallen in love with these! Simply chunk your potatoes, add some olive oil, season wth pepper and Mushroom Truffle Hunt by Urban Accents. Grill at 400F till desired crispiness.
Smoker Chicken
One of Crystie’s favorites! Buy a really big chicken, rub with olive oil, garlic, and Dizzy Pig’s Tsunami Spin. Smoke at 250F for about 2 hours. You are looking for an internal temp of 165F.
Bacon Pork Loin
One of our favorites. Create a basket weave with bacon, add salt and pepper. Rub the pork loin with mustard and a generous portion of Dizzy Pig’s – Dizzy Dust. Wrap the bacon around the pork loin and grill on indirect heat (around 350) for about 2.5 hous for a core temp of 153F.
Grilled Bacon
pleaser! Start off with thick sliced bacon and put it on the grill at 300F direct heat. We season it with pepper and Dizzy Pig’s Dizzy Dust. When we turn the bacon, we brush it with Stonewall Kitchen’s Maple Chipotle Sauce. You want to turn it twice so you can brush both sides. It’s fantastic!
Grilled Lettuce
Romaine are split in half. Spray the lettuce with lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil. Season with pepper, and Urban Accents’ Roma Spice Blend. Grill on medium direct heat until slightly charred. Remove from grill, toss with Dr. Pete’s Chili Pepper Dressing and serve! Your guests will love this, and so will you!
